Mohammad Al-Amin acts as the Secretary, managing communications, event notices, and meeting minutes. He maintains volunteer databases, handles IT and security, and administers the Quakers Hill Arabic School. His responsibilities also include social media management and council coordination.

Ashfaqul Haq is the Treasurer, responsible for financial management, compliance, and reporting. He oversees financial transactions, prepares statements, and manages budgets for Dawah activities, women’s affairs, and youth programs.

Nawshad Shah manages social media updates, membership communication, and event catering. He also oversees charity fund management, ensuring efficient administration of donations and contributions.

Tanveer Hamdani shares responsibilities in Dawah activities, IT security, and youth affairs. He also contributes to property management and maintenance to ensure mosque facilities are well-maintained.

Shahanoor Islam specializes in event catering management and charity fund oversight. He ensures that catering services at the mosque are well-organized and manages charity funds to support community initiatives.

Mahbub Islam Akhanda holds diverse roles including Dawah organization, IT security, social media updates, and youth program oversight. He also manages property maintenance to ensure mosque facilities are well-maintained.
